• 이 문제는 동일한 포트에 대해 두 개 이상의 프로세스가 서버로 실행되면서 뒤늦게 실행된 프로세스가 포트를 바인드하지 못해서 발생하는 에러임
  • java가 bind exception을 내놓지만, maven은 다음과 같이 알 수 없는 오류 메시지를 출력하기도 함

• 해결방법
  • 기존에 실행되고 있던 프로세스를 종료시켜야 함
